How we Help Mums
We offer comprehensive pre and postnatal services for women suffering from pre and post natal mood and anxiety disorders, fertility issues, birth trauma and loss, support for parents whose children are in NICU. We love working with new parents (including dads, single and queer parents) to navigate identity changes, first time parenting or parenting two children, navigating the couple's relationship, cultural issues and parenting away from your home so that you can foster a secure attachment with your child. Babies are welcome in the sessions.

SAC registered We understand that each individual is different and faces unique challenges, has different parenting philosophies and family histories, and comes from different cultures. Our team works in a friendly, compassionate manner to provide individual, couple or family support based on the client's needs. We all have a minimum master's degree and professional registrations and offer evidence-based therapy.
